If the 10+ Hour Delay and being rebooked from Delta to American wasn’t bad enough, how about our flight now being delayed AGAIN, this time due to YOU feeling you needed to run to the gate door (which wasn’t even boarding yet), take down the glass partition and create a bio hazard now delaying us yet ANOTHER HOUR! We are all very angry at you.
